Setting Guide for whom couldn't Receive the Email

For Y!mobile Users

This information below is only for whom using the address of "@ymobile.ne.jp".

If you're using the free-mail address such as "@yahoo.ne.jp" or "@gmail.com", with the phone of Y!mobile, please check your spam folder as well.

※For the setting of blocking junk mails, please check the homepage of each free-mail you're using

1.Open "My Y!mobile"

Open from any of the ways as follows.

  • Open from the icon of "My Y!mobile"
  • Search for "My Y!mobile"
  • Select "My Y!mobile" from the bookmark on the browser
    ※【For "Chrome" Browser】Push the mark " " then push "bookmark." Open "My Y!mobile" from the bookmark.

2.Input your cellphone number and password, then push "Login" button

3.Push the tab of "Setting Support"

4.Push "Against Junk Mail; SMS/MMS(ymobile.ne.jp)"

5.Push the tab of "Against Junk Mail"

6.Scroll down the screen a little, then push "Register" button under "Register the approving email"

7.Input "ckip.jp" in the box of inputting "the address approved to receive," check "●Suffix Search," then push "Next" button at the bottom of the screen

8.Confirm the inputting the address, then push "Register" button

9.Registering domain completed
